15 Day Return Policy
Our return policy is really simple. Whenever the product that was ordered by you is delivered at your doorsteps, before using the products you must check the products as soon as possible.
You are the boss and your mind can change – We have taken care of everything, you have ordered something and then feel like you no longer need that product. Our return policy starts on the date when you got the parcel delivered. All the products must be returned in the original packing like you received them and they must not be used. Kindly make sure that any tags and seals are still intact.
In case you receive the wrong product or damaged item – We really beg your pardon in case you have received the wrong package by mistake. This happens on very rare cases and we will fix it as soon as possible. To get the replacement or the refund, you need to return the product within 14 days from the day when you received the parcel.
What you need to do to return the product – You can reach out to us via email or phone number. You need to contact our customer service executives and provide them with the order number in question, the name of the product you are sending back and reason for the order return. We will provide you the address where you need to return the product to. Kindly pack the product and include your name and the order number.
We request you to get the postage proof from the post office which does not cost anything. However, we may not be able to initiate the refund or product replacement in case if the product is lost in transit that happens on very rare occasions.
In case if you return the product, want the replacement and the product is no longer available in the stock, we will initiate the refund back to the account or credit/debit card from where the transaction was made.
We offer a complete sense of peaceful mind while you are making an order at sharknutritions.com- you can go ahead and return all the products you have received within 14 days of making the transaction with us. We request you to kindly ensure that an item is unused and the packaging, labels and other boxes are unmarked and intact. In case, you feel that you are not happy with what you have purchased, we will readily take it back if the product was purchased within the last 14 days from the ordering date. In case, if you have made the payment via card, we will return the funds back in your account. However, in case you opted for Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as payment methods, we will provide you a cheque for the same amount in the name of the customer registered with us.
