At Shark Nutritions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unopened and unused

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by the original invoice

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Opened or used products

    • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

    • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or share instructions for return shipping.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verifying bank details.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
